Support Package
A support package is used by Overland support for diagnosing hardware and software issues with the DX1 / DX2. A support package needs to be generated using the instructions below, as logs cannot be exported using the main web interface.
Instructions
- Use a web browser to navigate to http://ipaddress/cadmin/debug.cgi
- For example http://172.25.2.201/cadmin/debug.cgi
- At the Command "prompt", type in syswrapper and then click OK.
- The system may need up to a couple of minutes to build the support package.
- When prompted, save the resulting sysfiles.tgz file. This can be emailed to [email protected], preferably against an open support case.
