KMS Activation BIOS Key Missing

On rare occasions the BIOS information to support Windows 7 KMS activation may be missing from the system BIOS. To rectify this problem, update the BIOS with the file attached. You will need a Windows 98SE bootable pen drive.

This BIOS issue does not apply to MAK activation.

Instructions

  • Download and extract the attachment to a Windows 98SE bootable pen drive
  • Boot the problem system from the pen drive
  • Use the CD command to change to the directory you extracted the attachment to, if you used a folder
  • Run FLASH.BAT

Alternative Download Location

This file is also available here.

Applies to:

  • Stone Classmate 2 clamshell product (N109RV)
